High summer is the season for butterflies and Alex Wilkie Nature Reserve is home to several species.

Come along and learn the names and habits of the more common species while taking a guided stroll through the bush with one of our park rangers.

Bookings are essential as places are limited. Contact Council’s Operations Centre on 8571 1702 to make a booking.

Please note in the event of rain or a total fire ban the bushwalk will be cancelled.
