The Living Links Strategic Review kicked off in 2025, launching an exciting process to create a new 10‑year Strategic Plan and 3‑year Action Plan that will set the direction for the partnership’s next chapter.

Consultation began in March 2025 and brought together partners, community representatives and experts through two facilitated workshops. This collaborative effort has included:

• Reviewing strategically aligned documents
• Assessing current targets and performance indicators
• Surveying the Living Links Committee and community groups
• Evaluating progress and recommendations from the Mapping the Gaps Report (2020)
